I am delighted to send this message to you from Wellington where I am completing two weeks of travel in Australia and New Zealand.

In Sydney I spoke at the Alliances session of the World Chambers Congress, making the case for the Commonwealth to play it's part in supporting a global free trading system that spreads prosperity,  and is bound to a fundamental set of values with regards to democracy, transparency and good governance.
