Niti Group took over markets of East Africa, making its way to the west and central Africa. In no time our team of 5 turned to 500 and we never stopped growing and caring for our helping hands.
Niti group spread its roots in various industries such as Pharma, Hospitality, constructions, and more. Presently Niti group has also established its business in the USA and other European markets. We believe in moving forward and never forgetting the interests of the economy we grow in.

Niti GroupAniket Manoj Shroff – born in UAE and raised in different parts of the globe, grew up with cultural diversity. He has graduated with honors degrees from renowned universities such as Babson and Harvard. Aniket started multiple businesses from hotels, construction to Information Technology in the US while studying.
His successful ventures opened up new doors for the Niti Group of Companies in the North American market. He was appointed as the C.E.O of Niti Group in 2020 to take over the global operations of the company that spans 20 countries, 6 industries and 5 continents. He single handedly manages over 500 employees in his organization and is continuously growing the companies foot print. He has a long vision on the African market and believes in reinvesting in the African continent.
This vision has enabled Niti Group to document 20 years of further expansion in the African peninsula. He is a dynamic leader that believes in empowering his team to be leaders in their respective roles. He is currently keen in developing a city by establishing sustainable energy for power generation. He believes the future is renewable and he has stared making significant investments in that direction
