He is a member of prestigious organizations such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Association of Business Executives.
Seelan’s flagship property, the Dover Marina Hotel, stands as a beacon of excellence in Dover, holding a 4-star rating and a strong reputation for exceptional service. His dedication to mastering the intricacies of hospitality and customer care has taken him across the globe, where he has gained invaluable expertise that continues to shape his business practices. Under his leadership, the Dover Marina Hotel has earned recognition from publications, news outlets, online platforms, local authorities, and business chambers.
In recent years, Seelan has spearheaded extensive upgrades at the property, including the successful launch of newly re-energized bedrooms in November 2023. His current focus is on further enhancing the lobby and restaurant experiences, as well as adding new guest rooms scheduled to open this year.
Beyond business, Seelan is celebrated for his strong interpersonal skills and respected among his peers and associates. He is committed to identifying and nurturing talent within his organization, empowering employees to advance their careers and transform their lives.
