CWEIC is pleased to welcome Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited (SGCL) as a new Strategic Partner.
Founded in 2017, Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited is a leading Nigerian exporter of premium agricultural commodities, including cocoa beans, cashew nuts, soybeans, and sesame seeds. The company has rapidly established itself as a key player in Nigeria’s agricultural export sector, exporting more than 200,000 metric tonnes of commodities and accounting for approximately 15% of the country’s cocoa export market.
Sunbeth’s operations are underpinned by a strong commitment to ethical sourcing, environmental stewardship, and community empowerment. Working closely with local buying agents and ecosystem partners, the company promotes fair trade, transparency, and integrity across its supply chains. Its focus on sustainable agricultural practices supports environmental protection and climate resilience, while investment in local farming communities helps foster long-term prosperity at the grassroots level.
Sunbeth’s Advisory Council representative will be Olasunkanmi Owoyemi, Managing Director. A second-generation entrepreneur with deep roots in Nigeria’s cocoa industry, Olasunkanmi founded Sunbeth to address structural challenges faced by origin traders. Under his leadership, the company has scaled its operations significantly, increasing volumes from 200 to over 50,000 metric tonnes annually through a vertically integrated approach that links sourcing, logistics, and exports.
Through its partnership with CWEIC, Sunbeth aims to strengthen cross-border trade relationships, engage with policy-aligned growth initiatives, and expand access to investment and market opportunities across Commonwealth markets.
CWEIC looks forward to working with Sunbeth to support sustainable agricultural trade, inclusive growth, and resilient supply chains across the Commonwealth.
