Lord Marland will visit Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia, meeting with government leaders, CWEIC Strategic Partners, prospective members, undertaking several key site visits.

Sam will engage a wide range of stakeholders in both Johannesburg and Cape Town as CWEIC explores opportunities for an expanded presence. The programme will include introductory meetings with government, industry, and prospective Strategic Partners to assess areas of alignment and future collaboration.

Lord Marland will lead a high-level business delegation to Gabon, Togo and Cameroon as part of CWEIC's ongoing strategic engagement across key Commonwealth and partner markets in Africa.

The CEO will undertake a full programme of Strategic Partner engagements, including convening the Nigeria International Advisory Council (NIAC), meetings with senior government stakeholders, and discussions with current and prospective Strategic Partners.

His Majesty The King, Head of the Commonwealth, and Her Majesty The Queen will join members of the Royal Family, Commonwealth dignitaries, and representatives from across the Commonwealth for the annual service of celebration at Westminster Abbey.

CWEIC will partner with the Government and State Government of Australia to host a Commonwealth Reception at Australia House. It will bring together Commonwealth leaders from business, government, and the Commonwealth family for an evening of celebration.

Lord Marland will visit Guernsey (23-24 March) and Jersey (25-26) for engagements with both governments and industry, including meetings with CWEIC's Strategic Partners on the islands.

CWEIC’s Annual Commonwealth Trade and Investment Summit will be held at the Mansion House in April 2026. CTIS brings together Commonwealth leaders from business and government to discuss the key economic issues of the day.

The Commonwealth Business Forum 2026 will be held in Antigua and Barbuda on the 2nd – 4th of November, as a part of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM). CBF 2026 is organised by CWEIC, the Government of Antigua and Barbuda and the Commonwealth Secretariat.
