Sam brings over 30 years of experience advising senior leaders across the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff to the global CEO of Rio Tinto.

Prior to that, she held senior roles within the Royal Household for more than 17 years, including as a Private Secretary to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Sam grew up in Australia and worked for the Australian Federal Government before moving to the UK.
