Imran Khalil Naseer (FCMA, CGMA)

Strategic Advisor – Pakistan

Imran is the Chairman of the Pakistan-UK Business Council (FPCCI) and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), where he also serves on the Council. He graduated in Accountancy from Newcastle Business School in England and has extensive experience in senior leadership, strategy formulation, advocacy, and global markets.

 

Currently, Imran is the CEO of Float Securities (Private) Ltd, a company involved in investments and brokerage business as TREC Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

 

His previous roles include working with Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Western Europe (Switzerland and the United Kingdom) and Network Rail in the UK. Imran was the founding Chair of CIMA’s MESANA Regional Board, which covers 26+ countries, and has led multiple global policy committees for CIMA.

 

Additionally, Imran has chaired the Pakistan Sri Lanka and Maldives Business Councils. He has played a key role in negotiating international trade agreements, supporting SMEs, and advocating for policy changes to enhance trade and investments. He also holds the World Bank’s Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Certification.
