Niro Cooke

Niro Cooke is a Sri Lankan-British business leader with nearly 20 years of experience in infrastructure development, energy, and cross-border investment advisory. With a strong commitment to sustainable growth and regional integration, Niro has held leadership roles across both public and private sectors, championing transformative investments throughout South Asia.
He currently serves as a Board Member of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) and is a Senior Advisor at Plus94, a Singapore-based private equity advisory firm focused on unlocking value in Sri Lanka’s emerging sectors. He is also Co-Founder and Senior Advisor of LPO Solutions, a legal process outsourcing venture launched during Sri Lanka’s economic crisis to deliver high-quality, technology-enabled legal services to global clients.
Niro introduced Quintessentially Group (UK) to Sri Lanka and the Maldives, positioning luxury tourism as a strategic lever for investment attraction and high-end service delivery in the region. Building on this success, he subsequently led the expansion of Quintessentially into Malaysia.
Educated in the UK, Niro holds a BA (Hons) in International Business from Regent’s Business School London. He is a graduate member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors and an alumnus of Bearwood College and Papplewick School. His diverse exposure brings a distinctly international lens to business in Sri Lanka, bridging global standards with local opportunity.
