SUPT (NS)(Retd) Raymond Huang PBB is a social entrepreneur, corporate advisor who champions “Business of Trust” and a youth developer. He founded a social enterprise with a Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and 2nd Minister for Finance and National Development as her Patron. Championing the “Business of Trust” values as espoused by the former Lord Mayor of London, the partners range from the Princess of Bahrain to a vetted network of business leaders across Singapore, Indonesia and China.

Like the first $300 million deal connected for a listed company, Raymond attracts vetted C-suite leaders from across Asia – Commonwealth countries who believe in the C.I.V.I.C values like Competence and Integrity, connect them to do deals with the commission fees donated 100% to charity. As a retired Superintendent of Police (NS), Raymond also held the record of consecutively winning 4 Best Land Division (NS) titles and retired as the inaugural Chief Mentor of the NS Police’s prestigious Sword of Honour winners for outstanding officers. In his work with the Commonwealth, Raymond was also the former Singapore Country Head for the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council and an alternate Director for the Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs (Asia-Pacific).

As a youth developer, Raymond founded youth charity Heartware Network in 2000 to champion active citizenry among youths. Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat is now her Chief Patron with Law and Home Affairs Minister as the Patron. For 8 years, Raymond was also the pro-bono Chief of Staff for a prominent philanthropist in Singapore.
