Tulsi Wallooppillai
Strategic Adviser – Southeast Asia
Tulsi Wallooppillai serves as CWEIC’s Strategic Adviser for South East Asia leading our work in Singapore, Brunei and the ASEAN region.
In addition to his role at CWEIC, Tulsi is a Special Adviser to Caerus Holdings, a diversified group founded in 2008 as an F&B distribution company with a distinguished presence in Singapore and the Maldives.
Tulsi also serves as a Special Adviser to Altus Logistics Singapore, a leading and innovative service provider to the global oil and gas industry. Altus offers a wide range of solutions, including Supply Chain Management, Supply Base Management, Marine Services, and various Support Services, with a strong regional presence in South East Asia.
Tulsi is an Adviser to Hypower Engineering International, an infrastructure consultancy company that works across Asia. For the last twenty years Hypower Engineering has been delivering large infrastructure projects in the renewable energy, roads, waste, and water sectors. During his stewardship of Hypower Engineering, Tulsi has delivered well in excess of US$1 billion of projects. This track record has established him as one of Asia’s foremost experts in project financing and export finance.
Tulsi has championed the Commonwealth for decades and looks forward to developing closer links with a Global Britain following it’s exit from the European Union.
