Established in 1983, Ceywater Consultants (Pvt) Limited has grown to become the dominant water and waste water works consultancy company in the South East Asian region, a position achieved through effective delivery of landmark projects such as the Colombo Water Supply Master Plan Update and the JBIC funded Towns North of Colombo project.
Operating from our headquarters in Colombo, Sri Lanka, they have successfully executed projects across the region spanning water infrastructure, including; rural and urban water supply, sewerage and sanitation, storm water and environmental engineering. Their success has helped them cultivate a network of relationships with many international players including leading multilateral financial institutions, development agencies and global conglomerates.
Leveraging on their extensive experience and strong reputation in engineering consultancy, they are now extending their reach into Consultancy Support for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors. Mohamed Naveed Hussain

Ceywater Consultants PVT LTDNaveed holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic & Communications with Honours from the University of Nottingham (UK). He has been working with Ceywater Consultants since its acquisition by Arinma Holdings. Naveed has over 18 years of experience in project management, from identification to implementation with value added engineering services. Naveed has attended courses held by INSEAD Business School (France) on Strategy Execution and Leadership.
He is also the Group Chief Executive Officer of Arinma Holdings Group of Companies.
