KDAW Construction Ltd is a UK subsidiary of K.D.A. Weerasinghe & Co (PVT) Ltd, which is a leading construction company headquartered in Sri Lanka. As an EPC Contractor, KDAW has wealth of experience spanning 32 years in design and construction of expressway and highways, drinking water and irrigation projects.
Over the last 32 years KDAW has successfully delivered numerous projects of varying size and complexity. In the expressway and highways sector, highlights include an USD 170 million Expressway project and other projects involving over 3000km of roads and highways. In the water sector highlights include an USD 31 million project and other projects involving over 1800km of pipe laying.
In the airport sector KDAW has implemented four projects including aprons, runways, and drainage.

Menuwan Weerasinghe
Managing Director
KDAW Construction LtdMenuwan Weerasinghe is the Managing Director of K.D.A. Weerasinghe & Co (Pvt) Ltd and the Director of Studies and Principal of Keble College, Sri Lanka. He has close to 15 years of experience in both the Construction sector and the education sector. He is currently a Director of the Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management at SLIIT.
He previously served as a Director of the National Savings Bank Fund Management Company as well as the Secretary of the Major Contractors of Sri Lanka. Menuwan served as an Industry participant on the Industry Consultative Board of the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Moratuwa. He carried out his undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford in the UK where he graduated with a Master in Engineering Science.
