Founded in 2000, Redwheel is a independent and specialist investment organisation with an active investment heritage centred on innovation, origination and high-conviction portfolio management. The firm was established with the aim of creating an environment that enables skilled fund managers to apply their expertise effectively over the long term—an ambition that continues to guide the business today.
Redwheel comprises more than 154 people — including 53 investment professional — across 7 independent investment teams (as at 31 December 2025). The organisation is defined by three core attributes: autonomy, independence, and ownership.

Tord Stallvik
CEO
RedwheelTord was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Redwheel in August 2021, having served as its Head of Business Development since 2015. His mission at Redwheel is to grow the business in a sustainable way considering the interest of all stakeholders.
Prior to joining Redwheel, Tord was a Senior Managing Director at Everest Capital. He also served as President of Protégé Partners, a leading alternative asset seeding firm, and has held various roles in asset management and corporate finance.
